Overview
Through the Files section, you can access all files related to your workspaces, initiatives, and also the files of workspaces where you have been invited as a guest.
Files view
To access a file and view its information, workspaces, and corresponding initiatives, edit it or download it, simply access the Files section through the navigation menu and click on the desired file
.
View mode resources
The view selectors allow the user to filter the view of their files according to their preference.
Select one of the options in the selectors located at the top of the Files section:
All - To view all files.
My files - To view only those added by you.
With the use of the quick access buttons located on the file thumbnail, you can perform some actions without the need for preview. To do so:
- Position the mouse cursor over the file to view the react (like)
, download
, and add to collection buttons

You can sort your files in both list view and thumbnail view mode, using the Order by button to sort your file view by:
- Recent - The most recent publication date of the file.
- File title - The title given to the file.
- Workspace - The workspace related to the file.
- Initiative - The initiative related to the file.
- Creative - The asset type related to the file.
- Validity - The validity period of the file.
- Size - The size of the file.
To switch between thumbnail or list view modes for files, simply click on the grid
or list
buttons.
Files filter
Using the filter button , it is possible to filter
your file view or search for a specific file.
Files information
To quickly view the main information of a file, use the information button
.
File multi-selection
Multiple file selection allows for mass actions, such as adding to a collection, downloading, or removing files. To do this:
- Position the mouse cursor over the asset type
on the thumbnail to activate the radio selector
.
- Select the first file by clicking on the radio button. The remaining files can be selected by clicking anywhere on their corresponding thumbnail.
- Click on the desired action in the menu that will be presented above the file listing with options to remove, add to collection, or download
