# Pin feature in demand approvals

#### Overview

The preview of approvals has a pin feature so you can mark relevant information or annotations for your approval.

To view the pins of your files in approval:

- Access the demand.
- Click on the **Vertical menu button ![menu_dots_icon](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/menu_dots_icon.png?width=20&height=20&name=menu_dots_icon.png)** located next to the demand name.
- Select **Approvals**.

- Click on the **thumbnail**  or name of a file in the approval process to preview it.

#### Resources for Pins

After accessing your preview, click on the **comments button ![1](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/1.png?width=20&height=19&name=1.png)** to view the pin messages.

- To **add pins** with **observations** in the preview:  
    - **Click on a point in the preview ![2](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/2.png?width=20&height=19&name=2.png)** or perform the **area selection action** with your mouse pressed.
    - Enter the comment in the **text field ![3](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/3.png?width=20&height=19&name=3.png)**.

- To **view messages** at the corresponding position point for each pin:  
    - Position the mouse cursor **over the message**.
- To **edit** or **delete** a pin message: 
    - Click on the **vertical menu button** ![menu_dots_icon](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/menu_dots_icon.png?width=20&height=20&name=menu_dots_icon.png)![4](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/4.png?width=20&height=19&name=4.png)positioned over the message.
    - Click on **edit option** to edit message, or **delete** to delete it.
- To **mark** a pin message as read: 
    - Click on the **check button ![5](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/5.png?width=20&height=19&name=5.png)** located next to the **Vertical menu button ![menu_dots_icon](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/menu_dots_icon.png?width=20&height=20&name=menu_dots_icon.png)** of the message.
