Overview

To create and publish an initiative, produce and distribute its content, it is necessary to designate people and teams to develop its related material.

These people can be allocated to produce the initiative both at its opening or during its development.

You can edit, add and remove people and teams in an initiative, assigning demands and permissions according to your needs.

Accessing the management of people and teams in an initiative

To consult the list of people and teams in an initiative, change access permissions, add and remove a person or team:

  • Access the initiative through its corresponding workspace or through the Wikimee Initiatives section 1.
  • Click on the Vertical menu button menu_dots_icon 2 positioned on the top bar next to the name of the initiative.
  • Then click on Edit.

Management of people and teams

You can change the type of access, add or remove people and teams.

  • In the top navigation menu, select the People option 3.
  • To change the type of access:
    • In the column corresponding to Function, select one of the options: Manager, Editor or Viewer 4.
  • To add people and teams to the initiative:
    • Enter the name or email of the people or teams who will have access to the initiative in the user addition field 5.
    • In the selector 6 located to the right of the addition field, define the user's access permission:
      • Editor - User or team with standard access.
      • Manager - User or team with access permission to the initiative management settings.
      • Viewer - User or team has permission to only view the initiative.
    • Click on the blue addition button to complete the insertion of a person or team to the initiative.
  • To remove a person or team:
    • Click on the Vertical menu button menu_dots_icon located on the person or team, and select Remove 7.
