# People and teams information feature

## Discover how to quickly visualize the key information of a person or team

#### Overview

With the **people and teams information feature** located in the **People section**, you can view a person's workspaces, initiatives, files, and teams, as well as their personal information and featured files, prior to accessing an initiative. Simply click the **button information ![information_icon](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/information_icon.png?width=20&height=20&name=information_icon.png)**.

#### Viewing a person information

When accessing a person's information, you can view:

- **Personal information** - The person's personal information. E.g.: **email**, **phone,** **social** **media**, etc.
- **Workspaces** - The workspaces that this person has access to.
- **Initiatives** - The initiatives in which this person is involved.
- **Files** - The files in which this person is related or involved.
- **Teams** - The teams in which this person participates or has access to.

The view of this information may vary based on your access permissions.

#### Access and resources

- Click on **View button ![1](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/1.png?width=20&height=19&name=1.png)** to see all the detailed information about the selected person.
- Click on the thumbnail of a **workspace** ![2](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/2.png?width=20&height=19&name=2.png), **initiative ![3](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/3.png?width=20&height=19&name=3.png)**, **file** ![4](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/4.png?width=20&height=19&name=4.png), or **team** ![5](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/5.png?width=20&height=19&name=5.png) in common with the person to access it.

#### Viewing team information

By accessing a team's information, it's possible to view the same information as described in the previous section's people view in this article, in addition to the **team's participants** ![6](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/6.png?width=20&height=19&name=6.png) and **related demands** ![7](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/7.png?width=20&height=19&name=7.png).

The view of this information may vary based on your access permissions.

- Click on **View** **button** ![8](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/8.png?width=20&height=19&name=8.png) to see all the detailed information about the selected team.
- Click on the **thumbnail ![9](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/9.png?width=20&height=19&name=9.png)** of a demand, file, initiative, or workspace in common with the team to access it.
- Click on the **Vertical** **menu** **button ![menu_dots_icon](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/menu_dots_icon.png?width=20&height=20&name=menu_dots_icon.png) ![10](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/10.png?width=20&height=19&name=10.png)** to **delete the team** (exclusive resource for the manager user).
