Overview

Person is the designation for each user registered on Wikimee. This person can belong to an account or be temporarily connected to a workspace or initiative.

Connections between people on Wikimee occur in:

  • Workspaces - Digital spaces.
  • Initiatives - Environments for co-creation and content distribution.
  • Demands - Demands to be performed in a workspace related or unrelated to initiatives.
  • Files - Files published in workspaces and initiatives.
  • Teams - Organization of work teams.

People management is performed in the People section, where it is not only possible to access a person's information, but also to create teams for work in workspaces, initiatives, and tasks.

Working with teams

Teamwork is essential in any project, and this is even more important in agile methodologies, which emphasize collaboration and continuous communication among team members.

You can create different teams using Wikimee people management and distribute their respective assignments to each one.

You can create large teams, or opt for small and multifunctional teams, with each member bringing complementary skills and knowledge to your project.

This allows the team to work collaboratively and flexibly, quickly adapting to changes in project needs and solving problems together.

By using team management, you will achieve the necessary transparency and collective responsibility, ensuring that all team members have a clear view of the progress of the work and the demands that each one is working on, thus avoiding duplication of efforts.
