Overview

The Files section is responsible for managing the files published on Wikimee. These files can be:

  • Files related to a workspace.
  • Files related to an initiative in a workspace.
  • Generic files.

Published files may have their viewing and usage restricted by validity and permissions.

It's possible to configure copyright rules or usage policies to make the file collectible, shareable, and publishable.

Wikimee has artificial intelligence tools to assist in the indexing of published files, and it's also possible to combine this feature with keyword indexing, improving the distribution and location of the file.

File organization

Published files on an account can be related to an initiative or can be files without corresponding initiatives in a workspace.

You can organize them by different workspaces according to your contracted plan, or create initiatives such as an image bank to relate to your files.

Files have a series of indexing information that help identify and locate them. You can also relate your files to asset types to organize them according to your preferences.

It is possible to interact with the files from the initiatives shared with you, or with the files from the workspaces you participate in. With these features, a user manager can measure how relevant their files are or whether they have achieved the proposed goal.

Similarly, it is possible to measure the amount of file downloads and thus verify the volume of usage of these files in their respective workspaces and initiatives.
