Overview 

An initiative can correspond to a project, campaign, event, or action with which you can create and distribute your content.

Every initiative in Wikimee contains the following resources:

• Demands, responsible for the development of the content to be published.
• Goals, with objectives to be achieved by the initiative.
• People and Teams, responsible for the work done in the initiative.
• Files, the material related to the initiative.

View modes: Normal and Published

An initiative has two view modes: Normal mode and Published mode. A user with viewer access will have the initiative view restricted to the Published mode.

Other users with manager and editor access can access the other resources of the initiative available in the Normal mode view.

Navigating initiative resources 

When accessing an initiative, its top navigation bar contains:

• The name of the initiative .

• The Vertical Menu button , which provides access to the initiative editing, restricted to manager users, in addition to the viewing modes.

Below the top navigation bar is the initiative banner . To the right of the banner, you can view general information about the initiative , such as the type of initiative, its validity period, and managers.

You can track the progress of your demands, files, and approvals through reports present in the initiative. The following reports are available:

• Approvals - Total approvals sent and received .
• Files - Total public and attached files .
• People - Total managers and approvers .

Subsequently to the initiative reports are the following resources:

• Demands - View the demands  of the initiative.
  • To access a demand:
    • Click on the desired demand.

• • By clicking the Vertical menu button , you will have access to the following options:
    • View more - View the list of demands of the initiative directly in the Demands section.
    • Add - Add demands to the initiative.

Along with the demands view, you will also see the following initiative resources:

• Goals - View the list of goals of the initiative .
• Links - View the list of links related to the initiative .
• Feed - View the Wikimee feed  with the posts of all content published in the initiative.
