Overview
Editing general data such as workspace name and type, customization data, or updating permissions for individuals and teams is available to all users related to a workspace who have manager access.
In addition to editing workspace information, you can view a summary of storage, people, demands, initiatives, and files in your workspace.
Access to workspace editing
To edit general data, access permissions, or add and remove people in a workspace:
- Access Workspaces through the Wikimee navigation menu.
- Select the desired workspace.
- Click on the Vertical menu button, located next to the workspace name, on the top bar of Wikimee.
- Select the Edit option.
- On the next page, use the top navigation menu to switch between the navigation selectors: General Data, Customization, People, and Summary.
Editing general data
You can edit the general data of your workspace at any time. To do this:
- Select the General Data option in the top navigation menu to update the workspace name or type.
- Click Save changes.
Customization
Your workspace has a customization option available when accessed for editing. You can edit the profile image, cover image, or color of your workspace.
- Select the Customization option in the top navigation menu to edit the desired information.
- Click Save changes.
Editing people and teams
The people and teams in a workspace have viewing and access settings defined by the workspace manager. You can edit these settings as needed, or add and remove people and teams to your workspace
Select the People option in the top navigation menu to edit access permissions or add and remove people and teams.
Summary
Select the Summary option in the top navigation menu to view a summary of the demands, initiatives, files, and storage information used in the workspace.
