Overview
Through the team editing feature, you can edit visual settings such as avatar, color, and name, as well as update the people participating in the team.
Users with manager access or the account administrator have permission to edit a team.
Accessing team editing
To edit team settings, add or remove a person from a team:
- Access the team through its corresponding workspace, or through the Wikimee People section.
- Click on the Vertical Menu button located in the top bar next to the name of the team.
- Select Edit.
Editing team settings
After accessing the team editing, it is possible to update the following information:
- Avatar - Click on the button located on the avatar to change it.
- Team name - Enter a new name in the corresponding field to update it.
- Team color - Select a color in the color selectors to update it.
- Remove people - Click on the Vertical Menu button located next to the person, and select Remove.
- Add people - Enter the person's email in the corresponding field for adding people, and click on the add button.
- Click on Save changes to complete the team editing.
