Overview

Demands can naturally have distinct approval and implementation cycles, each with their respective collaborators and teams.

To address this characteristic, you can create different boards for each workflow in your organization, allocating people and teams to these boards and thus creating demands distributed among your boards as needed.

Creating a new board

  • Access the Demands section through the Wikimee navigation menu.
  • Click on the New board button.

Configuring the new board: Step 01 - General data 

  • Enter the name of the new board in the corresponding field.
  • Enter a code for the board. If you prefer, use the code suggested automatically by Wikimee.
  • Choose a color for the board.
  • Click Continue.

Configuring the new board: Step 02 - People

  • Enter the name or email of the people and teams to be added for access and management of the board and its related demands.
  • Define the user's access permission:
    • Editor - User or team with standard access.
    • Manager - User or team with permission to access the board's settings.
    • Viewer - User or team has permission to only follow the board's demands.
  • Click on New board button to complete.
