Overview
Workspaces are digital spaces made available according to the contracted plan. With a workspace, it is possible to organize in one place:
- Initiatives - With initiatives, you can create campaigns, actions, projects, and events, or create image bank initiatives to organize files related to your workspace.
- Demands - It is possible to create demands contextualized with the initiatives produced in a workspace, or generalized for your workspace, without relating them to a specific initiative.
- Files - With workspaces created according to the different pre-existing operational scenarios, you can segment your files, either for a client or brand, or for a department or sector.
- People and Teams - By creating specific teams for your workspace, it is possible to add people and assign different access permissions for each team member of a workspace.
- Partners - You can also invite partners to your workspace, whether to act on an initiative or demand, or just to follow in Viewer mode.
- Clients - A workspace can be created in a generalized or specific way for each client, each with their respective files, initiatives, demands, people, and teams.
Public workspaces vs private workspaces
You can create workspaces with distinct levels of permissioning and access, according to the characteristics of each space. A workspace defined as public allows access to any user.
On the other hand, a workspace defined as private restricts access to the team, partners, and clients directly related to the workspace.
