# Filtering and searching for workspaces

## Learn how to use the filter to view or search for workspaces in the Workspaces section

#### Overview

If you have access to a large number of workspaces, whether in your personal or corporate account, or as a guest user in other accounts on Wikimee, the **filtering and searching for workspaces** is the appropriate feature to configure your viewing preferences.

#### Using the filtering and searching for workspaces

With the workspaces filter, you can define your viewing preferences according to the options available in the filters.

You can also search for a specific workspace. To do so:

- Access **Workspaces** through the **navigation menu ![1](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/1.png?width=20&height=19&name=1.png)** on Wikimee.
- Click on the **filter** **button ![filtro_btn](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/filtro_btn.png?width=20&height=20&name=filtro_btn.png)** located to the right of the **view mode button** ![2](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/2.png?width=20&height=19&name=2.png), at the top of the **Workspaces section**.

You can filter your view or search for a workspace by:

- **Term** - Entering words that make up the name of the workspace or its related tags in the corresponding field ![3](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/3.png?width=20&height=19&name=3.png).
- **Category** - Indicating the type of workspace: **All**, **My Workspaces**, **Shared**, **Public**, **Private ![4](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/4.png?width=20&height=19&name=4.png)**.
- **Creation Date** - Indicating the creation period of the workspace: **Any date**, **Last 24 hours**, **Last week**, **Last month**, **Last year ![5](https://help.wikimee.app/hs-fs/hubfs/Central%20Conhecimento/5.png?width=20&height=19&name=5.png)**.

Click on **Clear** to reset the view of your workspaces.
