Overview
If you need to manage your initiatives, access shared initiatives, or track the progress of unpublished initiatives, the Initiatives section has a filtering and searching feature among its navigation resources.
Using the filtering and searching for initiatives
By using the initiatives filter, you can define your viewing preferences according to the options available in the filters.
You can also search for a specific initiative. To do so:
- Access Initiatives through the navigation menu
on Wikimee.
- Click on the filter button
, located to the right of the view mode button
, at the top of the Initiatives section.
You can filter your view or search for an initiative by:
- Term - Words contained in tags or in the initiative name
.
- Category - The predefined type of initiative: Public or Private
.
- Workspace - The name of the workspace related to the initiative
.
- Template - The template of the initiative. E.g.: Standard Initiative, Campaign, Event, Image Bank, Action, etc
.
- Keywords - The keywords related to the initiative
.
- Publication - The publication status of the initiative: All, Published, Unpublished
.
- Creation date - Period of creation of the initiative: Any date, Last 24 hours, Last week, Last month, Last year
.
- Start - Predefined date for the start of the initiative's publication
.
- End - Predefined date for the end of the initiative's publication
.
Click on Clear to reset the view of your initiatives.
