Overview

To organize your file management, view technical and advanced information, or navigate files by workspace, initiative, or assets type, the Files section offers a filtering and searching feature among its navigation resources.

Using the filtering and searching for files

Through the file filter, you can set your viewing preferences according to the options available in the filters.

You can also search for a specific file. To do this:

  • Access Files through the Wikimee navigation menu 1.
  • Click on the filter button filtro_btn, located to the right of the view mode button 2, at the top of the Files section.

You can filter your view or search for a file by:

  • Term - Word contained in tags or in the file name 3.
  • Category - The predefined type of workspace: Public or Private 4.
  • Workspace - The name of the workspace related to the file 5.
  • Template - The initiative template related to the file. E.g.: Campaign, Event, Image Bank, etc 6.
  • Initiative - The name of the initiative related to the file 7.
  • Creative type - The assets type related to the file. E.g.: Flyer, Spot, Film, Display, Banner, etc 8.
  • Color - The predominant colors in the file 9.
  • File type - The format of the file. E.g.: Image, Audio, Video, etc 10.
  • Publication - The current publication status of the file: Published, Unpublished, All 11.
  • Period - Interval with start and final date of the file's validity 12.
  • Upload - Interval with start and final date of the file's upload 13.
  • Copyright alert - Copyright indicator enabled on the file 14.
