Overview
Previewing a file provides users with a detailed description of the files in a workspace or initiative, including general information such as asset type, publication status, and source, as well as information generated by Wikimee's AI.
Previewing the file
When accessing a file, you will see a preview of it in the center of the Wikimee navigation.
To the right of the preview are general information, advanced information, copyright information, and technical information about the file.
File information
The file's general information describes the characteristics common to all files in Wikimee. They are:
- Period - The start and final dates of the file's validity

- Creative type - The asset type related to the file. E.g.: Flyer, Spot, Movie, Display, etc

- Name - The name of the file
.
- Owner - The person who uploaded the file
.
- Status - The current publication status of the file: Published or Unpublished
.
- Workspace - The workspace related to the file
.
- Initiative - The initiative related to the file
.
Indexing and copyright information
In addition to the general information, it is possible to view file indexing information generated by Wikimee's artificial intelligence, such as:
- Similar colors - The predominant colors in the composition of the file
.
- Elements - Elements identified in the file preview. E.g.: human, animal, object, etc
.
If the file has copyright data, it is possible to view:
- Author - The person responsible
for the file's copyright.
- Copyright - A description of the file's usage permissions
.
The technical description information of the file has the following data:
- Size - The size of the file. E.g.: 50 KB, 20 MB, 1GB, etc.
- Type - The file extension (format). E.g.: JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.
- Modification date - Date of file upload or update.
- Dimensions - The size in pixels of the file. E.g.: 1920x1280.
- Resolution - The file resolution.
Preview viewing functions
To navigate the preview, use the navigation buttons, located at the bottom of the preview. The available buttons have the following features:
- Reload - Use the Reload button to reload the file zoom.
- Increase zoom - To increase the preview zoom, use the Increase button.
- Decrease zoom - To decrease the preview zoom, use the Decrease button.
- Arrows - To hide the information bar by changing the preview, use the Arrow button.
- Rotation button - To rotate the file preview, use the Rotate button.
- Move button - To move the preview, use the Move button. Then click on the preview and drag the image freely.
